Many of our items are handcrafted to order. These custom items require time for our Artisans to craft before it can be shipped.
You'll find the estimated processing time for each specific item just above the "add to cart" button on product pages. Processing time plus shipping time is when you can expect for your order to arrive.
Most items in our store take about 3 to 5 days to create. Stock items such as products in our Crafter's Corner will ship next business day. Seatbelt purses and bags require quite a few steps and take about 14 days to create.
We currently ship to the domestic US. All shipping is estimated based on weight of your total order and ship-to location.
We take a lot of care and pride in creating handcrafted items for our customers. Certainly our goal is to make sure customers are super happy with all their purchases from LWS. But we also know... stuff happens.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom orders including those with monogram or custom embroidery may not be returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, browse on over to our contact page and let us know your order number, name and what's going on with your item or order. Please do not return your item until we have corresponded.
Once we confirm we can accept your return, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Be sure to take a good look at your items when you receive them to make sure there was no damage during shipping. Let us know if there is damage or you've received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
