• Relatives and fans located further away can order and have item shipped directly.

Our pre-order process enables teams to place batch orders at designated times throughout the season and receive the batch order all at the same time. Perfect for when kicking off the season or as a fundraiser.

The pre-order window is typically 2 weeks. After the pre-order deadline, all orders are fulfilled and delivered to the location of your choice such as the school, field or team manager's location. This virtually eliminates shipping costs across the entire team.

Each order is packaged separately with individual packing list clearly visible. This makes it super easy for distributing the items at the field.

Once you sign-up for our TEAM SPIRIT program, we'll create a collection of graphics for your team. They will be able to select from these and a variety of other images for application to team apparel.

We can also create a selection of graphics available only to sponsors, boosters, coaches, parents and fans.

We have our base set of graphics but YOU DECIDE what items and images you'll offer, including team logos and mascot graphics.

Once everything is setup for your team, you'll give theTEAM SPIRIT link to members and supporters with a reminder of the pre-order due date.

You'll distribute the TEAM SPIRIT link to your members, sponsors, coaches and parents.

We'll have a pre-order deadline and list of products along with custom graphics for each product.

Members and fans will place orders thru the pre-order period. Once this ends, we will begin processing and customizing your entire teams order.

Each order will be packed separately along with a clearly visible packing list and recipient name. This makes distribution easy.

When your team's order is ready for delivery, (about 9 days or less), we'll reach out to coordinate delivery location and timing.

Payment is taken online at the time each member places their order. This keeps the payment processing secure and easy for the teams.

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

We have two techniques to customize your team apparel. The technique depends largely on the type of garment.

Once you have selected the garments and designs available to your team, we will recommend which application is best suited for each garment.

These options are Embroidery & DTF (direct to fabric).

•  Embroidery uses threads, which are typically in unique colors, to express the design.  Embroidery permits a high degree of personalization and is generally considered a high quality valued impression.
  
• DTF is a modern version of Screen Printing that applies color designs directly to the fabric.  The transfer process is stable and the colors adhere to the fabric ensuing the fabric remains soft and stretchable. 

Fundraising is important but can also be a hassle for the person coordinating this effort. Our TEAM SPIRIT process makes it easy.

• Easily allow parents, extended family and fans to contribute and receive their apparel.
• Create special & personalized apparel for key Boosters & Sponsors
• Enable Booster sponsorship for parents and fans that would like to make a donation above the cost of their items.
• Enable funding for large Sponsors and provide unique apparel for their donations.
• Recognize Financial Contribution through Apparel Embellishment. For Example:  Boosters Contributing $$$ X, are able to purchase a Polo Shirt with Graphic and their Name, & Booster in Silver or Gold lettering.
