Specific to Embroidery Designs: If you have previously had your logo embroidered and the EXP file, this is the preferred file type. If not, send your logo or design in one of the other listed formats.
Specific to DTF Designs: For optimal quality, ensure your design is in the CMYK color mode and has a high resolution of 300 DPI or more.
To avoid halo effect on apparel, ensure you have sharp edges on art work. (Remove Shadow or Gradient effects. Remove design background – ideally the background is the apparel color, generally called a Transparent Design.
Please Adhere to set print minimum: 0.021" or 1.15 points in line point. Any
line, stroke, or detail in your artwork must be at least: 0.021 inches wide OR
1.15 points thick. Why this matters:
Design may not transfer fully, lines can look broken or fuzzy, or details may
vanish after washing. ( In Adobe Illustrator - Quick design tip: Select your artwork; Open Stroke Panel; Make
sure Stroke Weight is 1.15 pt or higher.)
Why we may suggest small design tweaks (This is normal—and it’s about quality, not taste.)
We might recommend adjustments to:
- Improve readability
- Increase durability
- Ensure the design prints cleanly
- Make the final product look better on the body
What we won’t change
- Your message
- Your brand identity
- Your overall vision
