The mat includes many features to keep your tools handy and organized. Included are:
1) Small zippered/vinyl front pouch. For storage it can be attached to the
Lobster claw. It will neatly store the mini thread catcher, ORT and supplies.
2) Mini Triangle thread catcher (for odd pieces of floss). This is attached with a
snap to the matt; therefore, can be detached for storage when not in use.
3) Tab with a lobster claw hook & ring. Can be used for thread bobbins
4) Pocket for glasses with a flap to attach wonder clips.
5) Fleece wallet for thread floss. This is attached with a magnetic snap and
opens as a book. Also has a sewn in magnet for the ever so cute needle
minder
6) Slip pocket with 3 sections (scissors, pens. notebook/ruler, etc.
7) Your name, Monogram, etc. can be included on the closure. If wanted, please
include the exact verbiage in the message field
8) Your chosen fabric will be on the outside of the mat and a coordinating fabric
will be the lining- will face up when opened. If you want me to send you of
picture of optional linings, let me know.

Shipping

Many of our items are handcrafted to order. These custom items require additional time before they can be shipped. Please see the processing time of each item just above it's price listing. This processing time will be added to the estimated ship time to determine your expected delivery.
We currently ship to the domestic US. All shipping is estimated based on weight of your total order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, whether they are custom, and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns
xReturns Policy
We take a lot of care and pride in creating handcrafted items for our customers. Certainly our goal is to make sure customers are super happy with all their purchases from LWS. But we also know... stuff happens.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom orders including those with monogram or custom embroidery may not be returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, browse on over to our contact page and let us know your order number, name and what's going on with your item or order. Please do not return your item until we have corresponded.
Once we confirm we can accept your return, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Be sure to take a good look at your items when you receive them to make sure there was no damage during shipping. Let us know if there is damage or you've received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Michelle was communicative and collaborative in working through fabric choices and monogram options. There are so many little details and touches, including coordinating needle magnet and scissors and on and on. I love that the ort basket and thread bed snap onto the mat. Now maybe I'll be able to stay confined to my spot instead of becoming the dumpster fire sprawl off the table. 😄
